Privacy Policy — Comix Deck

Comix Deck does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, and no third‑party data sharing.

What the app accesses on your device

• Apple Music — with your permission, the app reads your Apple Music library to let you play background music. This happens entirely on your device through Apple’s MusicKit; nothing is sent to the developer.
• Local network — used only to send lighting commands (Art‑Net/DMX) to controllers on your own local network, and to connect to an optional Maestro music server on your network. No data leaves your local network.
• Your files — your show audio, playlists, lighting scenes, and settings stay on your device (and, if you choose, in your own iCloud). They are never uploaded to the developer.

Data collection

None. The app collects no data as defined by Apple’s App Privacy guidelines.

Children

The app does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
